Montana Sen. Steve Daines just gave a floor speech about the old logo of Washington's NFL team.

New stuff: He credited the team's ownership for having "good faith conversations" with the Wetzel family. But he didn't signal any change to his opposition of the RFK bill, which will come up in a committee vote Nov. 19.

Also: Daines said the team told him it was an "oversight" to not include the Redskins logo on Darrell Green's jersey and wouldn't happen again.
