@JohnArgus4@belinduhpyne Blanket is always bad in general for things like this but assessing people’s ability to work home or office is generally how work is anyway since people who don’t complete the work etc are put on KPI. Although generally benefits for the business outweigh the negatives far more
@JohnArgus4@belinduhpyne Generally a mix a work from home and office during a week seems the most beneficial depending on the job. This is how my partner and my work weeks are and saves money on paying for after school care, allows us to cook more at home, drop the kids off later to care and pick upearly
@MrFluffybo44om @belinduhpyne Saving on childcare does not Mean they are keeping them home. You save by not having to keep them there as long due to the commute from work. It also could be that rather than take a day off work to look after a sick child they are able to work part days which benefits employers

@pho_nen@belinduhpyne On top of that it’s already shown in multiple studies that the ability to work from home provides bigger benefits to the work through productivity

@thetkennedy@MVestiige Also recommend it. Been using it for ages and it fits most games. Plus it has the ability to change weights around if you want it to feel different
I really need to start checking if shows are cancelled before I’m 2 seasons in watching the season finale finish on a cliffhanger only to find out it was cancelled 5 years ago!!! I can’t be this invested in a show with no ending!!!
Looking at you Salvation 😭
