@My_Metro we bought our tickets at East Boldon for 7.23 am fircSunderland before we found out the trains were not running. There was no message on the electronic notice board. How do I get a refund?

@GC_Rail We are stuck at Sunderland waiting for the 8.29 a.m to Kings Cross. We have theatre tickets for 2.30pm. We have already spent £20 on parking as metro is not running. Can you please update us?
