https://t.co/oRDC5eKbP8 absolutely awful. With them for less than a year on phone #2 that never works so I can’t get ahold of my kid! Called in Oct was told I could get a 3rd phone or wait for the upgrade for no extra cost and today they aren’t honoring it.
So what’s a warranty for again? After doing research took a chance and purchased a trash bin from @Brabantia for my 73 yo mom over $200 & in less than 4 months huge dent. Should have stuck with @simplehuman which I’ve owned for over 7 years family of 4 and not a scratch on it.
I wanted to thank @Assurant and rep Chanissa who within an hour of me reaching out here helped to resolve my issue after months and hours on the phone with other reps. Dealing with her and @Assurant has kept me as a customer of @Lowes
@Lowes I paid good $ for a warranty on a dryer. I’ve dealt with your provider assurant on what is now 3 different service appts. I have a defective of the box dryer that my elderly mother cannot use for the last 2 months I’ve been trying to get this fixed. Replace our dryer!
I love you @googleexpress but we r done. I’ve called/written to ask that u cut down on the waste of boxes but again today boxes in boxes. And @FedEx if I wanted to carry 6 boxes half of which said “heavy” up 12 stairs I would have gone to the store myself
