Well contract is a contract. So yeah, that's how it is. A big note that what you could help the studio, sometimes, they didn't see it as a small chance of trying to being empathy.

3. Lagi makan malam disenterin satpam di bagian muka secara disengaja.

Pelajaran Budi Pekerti udah dari 1960an (Wikipedia), adab untuk tidak senterin ke muka orang memang ga diajarin secara langsung, tapi untuk menghargai orang lain itu diajarkan kok.

Makin kesini makin belajar soal adab dalam bercanda. Ini yang gue alami beberapa waktu terakhir:

1. Meninggalnya orang kantor
Boleh bawaan sifatnya santai untuk semua hal. Datang ke pemakaman celana pendek dan ngomong dengan santainya ke recruitment: "cari orang baru lagi nih"

2. Karena tidak jadi menyalahkan orangnya
Ini pengalaman gue sendiri, diingetin terus masalah ga jadi pergi ke suatu tempat, bahkan udah hampir setahun. Adabnya kurang mungkin karena memang ga pernah dikasih tau dan ga pernah kehilangan seorang teman baik.

Apakah perusahaan perlu memiliki peran untuk membangkitkan motivasi dalam bekerja?

Kalau membandingkan diri dengan motivasi pribadi saat ini, sepertinya sudah sangat cukup. Growing-nya sudah di titik penat. Motivasi sedang merosot sampai di titik. Aaah capek.
