@MdlaloNosipho The exact same offer/terms was infront of SATACO last week Friday, they then said no to these exact terms on Saturday (5 Aug) SATACO chose the long winded route not CoCT. Also agreeing to release taxis that was "wrongful" impounded doesn't mean any would be released 😂
