@TMobileHelp We signed up for T-Mobile home internet using EBB, as T-Mobile's rep said we could do. Now T-Mobile is refusing it. That's not fair. You need to make this right by letting us use EBB to pay for it. (We're already approved.)
@tmobilehelp Good news and bad news on the home internet. I love how it works. But the T-Mobile rep who signed us up said that we could use EBB to pay for it, and now (after a hard pull on our credit, and hours spent signing up) we are told oops, sorry, can't. That's not fair.
