Hier, c'était les obsèques d'un garçon de 23 ans que j'ai vu grandir.

C'était une de ces journées où l'on médite sur le sens de cette vie où tout peut disparaître du jour au lendemain.

Il faut certes travailler dur mais il faut aussi prendre le temps de vivre.

Je me suis surpris aussi à me demander s'il ne valait pas mieux vivre caché et vivre heureux comme l'on dit. Mais finalement c'est non! Kumva ko byaba ari ugusigira urubuga ababaya ngo bidegembye, ça m'est insupportable.

The Sultanate of #Oman and #Rwanda sign two agreements and six memoranda of understanding.

The agreements covered mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports, and the avoidance of double taxation.

The MoU encompassed cooperation in agriculture,
logistics, land and dry port development,
supply chain services,
investment promotion, labour, strategic partnership and investment activation.

Le M23/AFC est congolais, tout comme les Luba du Kasaï. Il a le même droit à une représentation politique et à une légitimité que n’importe quel autre Congolais.

Et s’il s’agit de négociations, alors ils négocient - dans le cadre du processus de paix de Doha.

Exclure le M23 des prétendus dialogues nationaux peut être présenté comme une position patriotique, mais en réalité, cela ne fait que donner davantage d’élan au mouvement et renforcer sa pertinence politique.

Je le dis toujours; ce n’est pas le sentiment anti-Rwanda qui sauvera Tshisekedi et son régime incompétent. Pas du tout.

Plus Kinshasa comprendra cela rapidement, plus vite il pourra faire face à la véritable crise politique au lieu de se réfugier derrière cette vieille stratégie consistant à désigner le Rwanda comme bouc émissaire.
