@IntrepidReportr The world is changing so much. Report said "Elton and husband..." Does that mean Elton is wife? What's PC here?

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

@IntrepidReportr Elton married to a man; they did use a surrogate. If I was writing a story, would I refer to both men as husbands?

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

Wondering...News said Elton John and husband adopted son. Would Elton be refered to as husband, too?

What I learned from Loris: Alumni, alumna and alumnus. I didn't know the diff until I misused the word, and he came into the office enraged

@arjadi They're called hypo-Christians (one word, no it's not in AP book.) William McCauley coined it. Very fitting.

!0 minutes after I put out corn, a 6-pt. buck stopped to eat. Such beautiful, majestic animals.

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

@Puuurfect How are you doing? This is so sad.

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

@Puuurfect There are a few places you can't scatter ashes, such as in parks. However, the old "don't ask, don't tell" policy applies here.

@OhioNewshound Was Brian Wiley related to former Atwater trustee Gerald Wiley? Carbom monoxide poisoning?

I am burning with heat. Considering standing in cellar and having furnace ductwork attached to my body.

Have to trek to woods to clean the snow out of "debb's diner." Squirrel feeder on deck has about 2 feet of snow on top of it.

@Puuurfect Oh, Jen! I'm so sorry about Stewie! How blessed he was that you loved him so much! My heart breaks for you.

I worked with his wife, Dawn, in the Woodridge Elm. PTA. Years later-today-I read in ABJ about his Parkinson disease and his pending divorce

The dad told Bob, "I'm Wayne Jones, a state representative." Nothing more was said. I shouldda warned Bob.

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

Bob and the dad talked about something going on in Wash.DC at that time, and Bob said something like, "well, that's politicians for you."

[debb guziak @CntryBmpkn]

True story: Bob was talking to a fellow dad whose son was on Meredith's softball team back in kindergareten times. The topic was politics.
