🚨🇺🇸 SpaceX is reportedly preparing to file its IPO prospectus as soon as next week, with a $70-75 billion target listing that would make it the largest IPO in history.

The roadshow kicks off June 8.

SpaceX merged with xAI in February at a combined valuation of $1.25 trillion.

The IPO is so large that bankers are scouting brokers in the UK, Japan, and Canada just to find enough long-term retail buyers to absorb the offering.

For context, this would be more than twice the size of Saudi Aramco's record 2019 IPO.
