CHIZ ESCUDERO HAS BEEN PLAYING GOD IN THE SENATE. He delayed the impeachment, and also threatened to delay the budget.

Do not forget how Chiz delayed Sara Duterte’s impeachment and dribbled it to the SC until it was dead and archived.

In Zaldy Co's letter, he explained how Chiz Escudero pulled the strings, and adjusted the budget on his whim.

All these budget cuts were reallocated for Escudero's ₱200B "senate's share" in the guise of BUDGET INSERTIONS

Luckily, thru HoR's effort, the ₱16B budget for Military was spared, as well as ₱5.4B for the ASEAN meet.

Agencies thay were affected were:

DepEd
₱10B computerization program
₱1.6B for recruitment budget

PhilHealth
₱74B subsidy removal
(PhilHealth's subsidy removal was Escudero's idea)

DPWH
₱16B cut on projects w/c he declared as errata

Admin Infra projects
₱16B slashed for road rehabilitation in Quezon and Batangas
