Quarterback Coach/OC/Head Coach: QB Resiliency

1) Build relationship through blunt honesty … Explain that u will be incredibly hard on them in practice so that games are easy

2) Remind them that you will challenge them and criticize them loudly in practice so that fans booing them on GameDay are meaningless

3) Build a film clip of Brady, Mahomes, Allen, Jackson, Manning, Goff all throwing multiple interceptions… all losing their cool, all being criticized by media…and remind them that the best to ever play the game were brutally criticized, so will they!

4) Always have their backs publicly!!!!! Success is theirs and failure is yours(Coach)

5) Pull them in the middle of a drive in practice and remind them that this can happen and to create their response now, not GameDay

6) Remind them that u r always trying to recruit or create someone better than them so they must continue to improve

7) Tom Brady was brutally criticized in team meetings in front of team by Belichick…Remind your star qb that if u do it… it’s because it makes the team better and u believe in them like Brady
