DISTRICT TOMORROW AT CANYON HIGH SCHOOL! Girls arrive at 8, race at 9:30. Boys arrive at 8:30, race at 10. Last race of the season!! I am so proud of how far you all have come.

I suggest you all still get at least 30 minutes of running done. With a few sprints to keep those fast twitch muscles firing. I'm sorry I can't be there.

They're running about 25 minutes late. we are stretching for a bit. Will start our warm up after the JV girls 3200 starts.

Also, the yearbook people have informed me that they need cross country pictures and they haven't come out to take any of us yet! So she's leaving it up to us (me and parents) to take pictures these last 2 meets!

I was just told today that there will be a $5 fee for fans at tomorrow's meet. Also, we have to set up shop by the port-a-potties now, so look for those and find me there! It may be a good idea to get there even earlier than 11:20 to avoid confusion...

IT IS GOING TO BE COOOOOLD AND WINDY! DRESS ACCORDINGLY (I would prefer solid black thermals under your shorts/tops, but wear what you have)

For now, practice is cancelled for tomorrow and Monday, since it is a school holiday both days.

I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU ALL RACING THIS SATURDAY TO RUN AN EASY 15-MINUTES TOMORROW FOLLOWED BY 2-4 STRIDES (each ~50 meters)
