In 1975, after a showdown with the Houston Oilers, the staff at Three Rivers Stadium was cleaning out the opposing locker room and found a Playbook that was left behind.
They gave the Playbook to Head Coach Chuck Noll and the next week he brought it with him to the Steelers Monday Team Meeting.
"This is a playbook from the Houston Oilers." he said. "We have another game to play against them this season."
He held up the Playbook in front of the team and dropped it into the trash.
"It's not important what they do. The most important thing is what we do."
