@Coach_Reeves28 I’ve got a handful of dads with full time jobs who work out 1 hour/day 4-5x/week that can do all 3 right now.
Slap a name on it and call it Crossfit if you want… I just call it Strength & Conditioning done correctly.
@StrengthDebates Without experience. And A LOT of it. Degree and certifications don’t matter. With experience, coaches can maximize the potential with degrees and certifications.
Coaches, don’t get caught up so much in the sport or the gym to forget what you’re actually developing.
Only 0.01% will play a sport in college and only 1% of those will make a living being an athlete.
You are training 100% of your athletes to be an accountable Man or Woman.
@Coach_Reeves28 It challenged the rules of institutional S&C and backed it up by accidentally conducting the largest scale social/physical experiment of all time bridging the gap between knowledge and experience across the world. 🤷🏻♂️
🗣COACHES!
If you ain’t learning, you ain’t earning! No one knows everything. Don’t be the “this is why we do this because we’ve always done it this way” coach.
Do you know what you’re training for? Can you see actual results? are you just doing silly drills that look cool on Instagram?
Find a coach that KNOWS what they’re doing. Coach Braden @UnicusAthletics is one of the best performance coaches in the NTX area! Experienced & Proven!
