Here’s Coach Hughes’ year-by-year record since taking over the Lady Lions program:

2021-22: 11-19 / WCC 4-13

2022-2023: 7-23 / WCC 4-14

2023-2024: 11-19 / WCC 5-10

2024-2025: 14-16 / WCC 7-13

Now in her 5th season, Coach Hughes Lady Lions overall record is 15-8 and they’re currently in 2nd place in the West Coast Conference (@WCChoops) with a record of 9-3.

Progress isn’t always instant, it’s built brick by brick.

Coach Hughes is showing what patience, belief, and culture-building really look like.

This is what development looks like.
This is what resilience looks like.
This is what growth looks like.

All we need is an opportunity to grow and figure things out.
