Well this about the time when our season would normally come to end. This was a tough season for everyone - but especially for our seniors. These seniors were also the first freshman I had when I started at Heritage, so it is difficult to see their HS careers finish this way. 1/7

Last but not least, #22, Jack Fox. Jack joined his freshman year new to the sport but he brought a base of athleticism. He improved every year and I'm certain this year would've been his biggest impact. Jack with attend VT in the fall (Go Hokies!). 6/7

Wow! The DIII POY and Freshman of the year are both Dulles District Alums. Congrats to Kevin Rogers, POY, Lynchburg (@LCHSmlax) and Alex Brendes, Freshman of the Year, CNU (@DOMLAX_2019). This speaks volumes of level of the completion in LoCo. @LoCoSports

@PLLWaterdogs This is Ozzie! He has a slight underbite and he naps as hard as he plays. He’s been a waterdogs fan since day one and is inspired to practice his swimming at the lake this summer.
