The decision was to not at that time have one, but educate our coaches about how to handle situations like these & emphasis not to run up scores over 10. As with anything, no matter how much you try, some don't get it & ignore

-at 5 start restrictions to score
-at 8 or 9, only a few allowed to score (ones that have never or very seldom ever score)
-it may not be fun, but it is the RIGHT thing to do
