At two local HS, the basketball programs are averaging a new head coach every 2.2 & 2.7 years. At some point the question has to be asked: “Is the problem really the coaches?” Maybe it’s time for some administrative self-reflection!!Successful programs are built by hiring “realistically”, not “politically”. #WhatWins💯

I thought for a second that the Cavs figured it out — Donovan had the ball in his hands the first 3+ minutes and good things happened. Then Harden got it and the ball stopped moving and the Cavs got nothing good.
