An athlete moves into your district for a better situation or something out of his/her control, no issue. If you intentionally recruit, tells me 2 things: 1 you aren't good enough to coach your own kids & 2 you are telling your own kids they aren't good enough for you

@JoeAratari@mustinaayfield I did not say it was specific to Olympic lifters I said Olympic lifts. I am a proponent of front squats….do them every week in a cycle….but there is no substitute for back squats. I misread the original message and I do understand the that you don’t have to back squat only.

I can tell you without a doubt…..if you are Olympic lifting you can NEVER front squats and still have enough pull and strength to get out of the hole but you CANNOT. JUST FRONT SQUAT and accomplish that.
