“The secret of success is learning how to use pain and pleasure instead of having pain and pleasure use you. If you do that, you're in control of your life. If you don't, life controls you." Tony Robbins

For those of you worried about loosing all your progress over the holiday weekend, here’s a couple things to remember.
1) One day of “ fun “ foods doesn’t cancel out months of consistency.
2) Nothings stopping you from picking back up where you left off come Monday 😉
Imagine you in high school as a theatre kid…comparing yourself to Jennifer Lawrence…
Or your kid in middle school basketball comparing himself to Lebron…
That’s how crazy you sound comparing your body to fitness influencers who literally get paid to workout and take pics.
Learning to honor your hunger AND your fullness cues is a highly underrated tool.
Most of us have learned to ignore our hunger because we are too busy and or working.
This results in us overeating when we DO get to eat.
Start with listening to your body.
Start there
Your comfort zone shouldn’t be the benchmark.
Basing your success or efforts off of what feels most comfortable to you is a sure fire way to make sure you stay mediocre.
Comfort is never the goal in growth.
Progress comes from discomfort.

It’s pretty hard to hit a target you can’t see.
Stop setting vague goals that have no definitive way of measuring.
Stop giving yourself and easy out Bc all you’re doing is lowering your feelings of self efficacy.
Don’t be afraid to be great.
Don’t be afraid to go all in
The reason you haven’t been successful with your fitness journey is 100% mental.
You don’t see yourself as the type of person who sticks to it.
Start powerfully envisioning your success and watch your efforts rise to match that vision
When it comes to fitness, my motto is KISS 💋.

Sure you can search high and low for all things keto....
OR drink more water- the scale will move just as quickly.
Sure you can pay for the skinny coffee...or you could just go skinny on your coffee🤔

You HAVE to stop playing small.
Aim big, not so you’re disappointed...
But so you can actually achieve
Something.
Imagine aiming to make all A’s & you make one B.
That’s still effing good!
Imagine aiming to lose 20lbs & you lose 25!
Aim to make 5k and make 10k
