Last Thursday our girl @destiny_duffy_ Dead Lifted 300lbs in part of her workout.

We are so proud of her. She doesn’t lift outside of school. Started lifting in school last year as a freshman and continues to take strides daily.

And just like that sophomore season is over. It was a year of growth and lessons being learned. I’m so thankful I got to experience this season with all my teammates and coaches. We’ll be back next year!!
