Despite the elements and braving the cold, 25 Westland Air Force JROTC cadets and a few program alumni volunteered to collect canned goods for the Military Veterans Resource Center after school last night.

All donated food will go directly to veterans in need in our immediate community. In total, 789 lbs of canned and boxed items were collected. Great job cadets! @WHS_Cougars
