Resubmit a ticket to them but when you choose the first option choose purchases! Do not click raids or battles or anything. If you click purchases you will get to a real human. If you click the raids or battles it goes through an AI system.

That bypasses the AI. Always click that even if it has nothing to do with purchases

Quite banged up. Needed 6 stitches on my face. Joked with the ER staff that I was just like David Fry. Both had face injuries during his at bats at progressive field.

Went to the @CleGuardians game tonight. During David Fry's a home run I went for the ball and crashed face first into the concrete pillar. Had to leave in an ambulance but hey we won! Big shout out to the first aid team! Just wish I would've got that home run ball 😂😭

@NianticHelp so as far as the fossil museum Pikachu goes, during the week of Chicago's Go fest, the museum has extended evening hours until 9 PM central time will the raids for Pikachu be adjusted for the people who have the later tickets? We also want to be able to raid him :(
