Here's the reality:
-You're not going to feel like doing the work.
-You won't always want to eat properly.
-You won't want to go to bed early to get your sleep for training.
-You're not going to enjoy being uncomfortable.
-You're going to have to work harder than others.
-You might even have more obstacles than your competitors or setbacks but you must remind yourself "it takes what it takes".
But, it will ALL be 💯% worth it when you succeed. Just keep showing up and putting in the reps.
Should you do "Recovery Workouts?"
Or are they more harm than good?
I have a free case study how to supercharge your recovery work without going overboard
With a sample in-season week
