@coachjlev Unfortunately I think there is a financial incentive for the organizations to have several teams resulting in watered down talent on the teams. I had a coach tell me it’s not fun anymore, it’s a job.

I spoke with a highly touted travel coach last weekend, who runs a 3 team organization. Things that stood out:
1)3teams
2)Coaches coach for free.
3)Fees are less than $1600 (uniforms included).
4)Every guy on 18U is committed.
5)Only have tryouts for 15U.

THAT is how to do it.
