Here’s what it takes:

1. Commit to a WINNING ATTITUDE
A winning attitude is positive, supportive, and responsive. You can feel it when you walk in the room. Energy is contagious—make sure yours is the right kind.

2. Commit to a WINNING MINDSET
Winning starts in the mind. How will you play? How will you compete? How will you win? Champions define their mindset before the game even begins.

3. Commit to WORK ETHIC
No Deposit - No Return. You get what you put in. Winning teams don’t believe in entitlement—they believe in EFFORT.

4. Commit to TEAM PLAY
WE > ME. Winning teams commit to each other, embrace roles, and play with Mudita—pure joy in each other’s success.

5. Commit to ACCOUNTABILITY
When someone falls short in attitude, mindset, work ethic, or team play, the team holds them accountable. No excuses. No exceptions.

Winning is a choice. Is your team making it?
