Question : What happened to hitters hitting the back of the net in the cage?
Iโve seen it more and more.. cage bombs (still donโt know what that is) , ground balls, pop flys, hooked line drives, pushed line drives, rollovers and I could keep on going on but nothing is better than you hitting a line drive off that back of the net 10 times in a row.. thatโs a HITTER not a SWINGER!
Instead of worrying about how far you can hit the ball with cut / slice worry about how consistent you can hit the ball with backspin. ๐ช

Athletes, let me ask you something: Are you playing free, or are you playing tight?
When youโre worried about making a mistake, letting someone down, or what might happen next, you start playing not to lose.
And thatโs when you get tight.
Playing free doesnโt mean you donโt care. It means you trust the work youโve put in. You stay in the moment. You compete with confidence and let your preparation take over.
You canโt control every outcome. But you can control your mindset, your effort, and your next play.
So take a breath. Trust yourself. Trust your preparation.
And go play FREE.
One pitch. One play. One moment at a time.

โHeโs/sheโs a good hitterโฆbut canโt get used to the slower High School pitching after playing โEliteโ Travel Ball all summerโฆโ
โIf heโs/sheโs a good hitter, why doesnโt he/she hit good?โโฆ
