The 2036 Long Island Elite National Team has its leader for the 2027 Miami Trip!

@coachcapric has been named Head Coach.

Al is a man of strong character who has proven his loyalty to Long Island Elite, our principles and the way this organization is supposed to be represented. He has been around long enough to see this program develop young players into successful high school and college football players, and he understands what it takes to create positive outcomes over time.

He has also seen why some coaches succeed and others fail. Organization, communication, accountability and team morale matter. Al understands the responsibility that comes with leading a Long Island Elite team, and he has earned the opportunity.

Al will be in charge of the team heading into Miami in January 2027.

Long Island Elite Football is proud to announce Jeff Dimoulas as the Head Coach of our 2034 National Team.

Bringing nearly two decades of varsity coaching experience and a Division I playing background, we add another proven leader to the Long Island Elite coaching staff. A former Division 1 player at Sacred Heart University, he has spent years developing athletes at some of Long Island’s most respected football programs, including Half Hollow Hills East, Connetquot, and Farmingdale.

His experience goes well beyond X’s and O’s. He understands how to develop players, build confidence, communicate with families, and create the kind of culture that allows young athletes to grow both on and off the field.

Just as importantly, he represents everything Long Island Elite expects from its coaches. He leads with character, carries himself with professionalism, and understands that leadership extends far beyond the football field.

He values our pre-practice sideline conversations about character and leadership and embraces our classroom sessions because he understands that developing young men is every bit as important as developing football players. Those principles have always been woven into the fabric of our culture.

His loyalty to this organization has never wavered. Those qualities matter just as much as football knowledge.

Jeff will lead our 2034 National Team as we prepare for Miami on January 9-10, 2027.

Tryouts are underway now and will also be held this October at St. Anthony’s High School.
