3 of my favorite 2025 Wapahani Graduates. It’s not all about Sports. Our WHS Teachers and Leaders truly care. I owe these gals some Wingstop real soon. #LpSelma
To every principal out there—thank you for carrying the weight no one sees, making decisions no one understands, and showing up even when you're exhausted. Your leadership holds schools together. You matter more than you know.

This is is big news for the ANEC area. For the first time in 11 years, DeKalb will be seeking a new boys and girls head basketball coach in the same offseason.
Unprecedented changes for DeKalb Athletics when factoring in the most recent hire for football as well.
Eli Andrews won the Pastor Jim Ballenger ‘One of Kind’ Award. Thanks Pastor Jim. Camden Bell & Nate Luce were named Co-MVP & both were also the John Truax Hustle Award Winners. Mr. Truax was a special one just like Cam and Nate. Our community will never forget these 3 young men!
Brock Zickgraf & Logan Wulff won the Chris Willis Most Improved Award this year. If you saw Coach Willis in 7th grade basketball, you would know why the award is named after him! Tremendous Season for these 2 Seniors. Both played in our Wapahani K-1st Grade League many moons ago.
The 18th Annual Rob Hendricks $1000 Memorial Scholarship was awarded on Sunday to Wapahani Seniors Nate Luce & Logan Wulff. 2 good guys. Nice award - $18,000 raised by my family and given through the years to WHS Seniors! Very proud of the BB Program, this Scholarship, and Drake.

You sit down next to someone - speak to them.
It doesn’t matter how famous or important you think you are—you speak.
You hold doors open for people.
You speak when the opportunity arises.
You speak FIRST and you go from there.
Don’t ignore common decency or common sense.
Prime Steak lunch for Assistant Principal Mr. Gondol during Assistant Principal week. We can't thank you enough for your tireless work for the students, teachers, and community of Daleville.
We would like to wish Coach Barber the best as he moves on to his next adventure! He has given his heart and soul for 26 years to Danville Basketball. His impact on so many young men will be felt for generations.
