@lufthansa Hard to enjoy anything on board a @lufthansa flight when the aircraft has not been cleaned and still has vomit from a previous flight and the flights are delayed due to poor maintenance.

@ken_e_bo @lufthansa Don't expect much. They are terrible compared to 30 years ago. No customer service, filthy planes (vomit on seats). Terrible maintenance, so planes often delayed. The only saving grace is the cabin staff, but they are so dejected by the lack of support.
