Do something tough every day. Whatever “hard” looks like for you, drop the excuses and get it done. If you slip up, don’t let it derail you. Win the day. #BeRelentless
Overcome.
Do something difficult. If you put yourself through something difficult and overcome it, all the little S*** won’t matter as much.
You can keep a calmer mind, achieve your goals and reach your vision.
Find your own hard and do something outside of your comfort zone.

Most days, I don’t.
It’s not a “have to” or “got to”… I GET TO
That shift in mindset quickly turns around Any though of not getting after it.
You don’t have to “go hard” every single session.. but you need to MOVE everyday. We are designed to move.
Earn the sunrise everyday.
Doing something difficult first thing in morning will set the tone for the whole day.
Opposed to: sleeping in, being late and rushed, feeling S*** because you missed your workout, going through a stressful day to only put it off at night and repeat
Im lazy and often don’t want to get after it.
But it gets done by saying two simple
Words to call myself out…
When I’m tired.

I’ve worked 17hr and don’t want to run in the morning.

If you “fall off the wagon” use the rule of two in a row:
Have a bad meal? Don’t make it two.
Miss a workout? Don’t make it two.
This gives you a quick easy reset to get back on the wagon.
I see people throw away their goals and vision for one mistake.
Break the cycle.
I hear every day of people not wanting to leave “comfort”
Get uncomfortable.
Pain produces things that complacency can’t.
Go for a hike.
Get up early and workout.
Put in some extra hours.
Jump in an ice Bath.
Eat high protein foods.
What are you capable of?
When I met Sheree, she said to me she hates running/doing cardio outdoors.
Running and Ultras did wonders for my mindset, body and mental strength - I set the challenge to her
