Hi. For those who may drift by this profile off the back of a single tweet, do note that there is more nuance behind everything.
Me saying 'you don't need exercise to be healthier' is not me ignoring the incredible importance of exercise in isolation.

May 2022 be the year we understand:
1. Calories matter most for weight loss, even though you don’t have to count them.
2. You don’t have to go keto to lose weight, but you can if you want.
3. Exercise isn’t great for weight loss, but it helps shape your body and is healthy.
There's always a small risk of injury with Strength Training. It sucks.
BUT
Life is guaranteed to suck more if you don't Strength Train.
Especially as you get older and weaker.
Panic submitted my @OU_Sport#E235 TMA with 2 days to spare because I honestly don't know how to make sense of this garbage fire that I've written, but ive at least hit the word counts and i just want to see the back of it, so this will just have to do this time around 🤣
Not a bad start. First written assignment of the academic year. Really spun me out as was a mix of first and third person so even more chuffed with that.
Now on to the first #e235 essay.

Marvel truly have you by the balls lads. By NOT saying Andrew & Tobey are in this film & letting you all assume they are, they get to keep them out of the marketing campaign & have you all jizz yourselves at the cinema instead, so you’ll leave raving about it even if it’s shit.
You needn't change their entire diet cos of 1 study. They're only useful for understanding those people in that moment in time.
There's no perf/ diet.
Just make sure to eat as many whole foods as possible, get a bit active and maintain a healthy weight. Then you'll be golden.
100% pushing the body will see incredible transformation.
As a guy who frequents the gym 5 days a week I get that.
But lets recognise that's not for everyone. And setting them up for different wins will, likely, make them feel like they're achieving the same.

Health is not just the absence of disease. It's mental. Social. Nutritional.
It's recognising that for some, yes, smashing the gym 5 times a week is the one.
But also being aware that simply going for a walk is a win.
