@SuitUpVarsity We had good team at Mead that year. If I remember, we went about 11 minutes without scoring against a good Sterling team in the semifinals. Justin Haynes was a stud for them. He went on to play for Creighton.

@TheHuskerDepot Had the opportunity to go 3 times. 1976: versus the Cavaliers, the first time the Cavs made the playoffs. 1977: versus the Trailblazers, the year the Blazers won the title. 1978: versus the NO Jazz, Pistol Pete scored 38 with a bum knee.
Kings won all 3 games.
