Very good warm up fun at Colombia training. Rule is first player who runs is free to run to any new position. The rest of the players must react and find a new position.

3v1+1+3v1 Rondo which comprises of defenders vs attackers in a one/two touch play game of 8 players.

3 defenders V 1 attacker / 3 attackers V 1 defender.

Points:
-Use short passes.
-Good Communication.
-Body orientation.
