Multi Ball Practice | 1v2 Attacking into 4v2 Attacking.
🟩 Set Up:
✔️ 30 by 30 box with a large goals offset by around 10 yards.
✔️ In opposing corners place a pair of coned gates (blue & red on image)
✔️ In the centre of the pitch create a 5 by 5 zone (shaded red circle on image)
👕 Teams:
✔️⚫️s 1v2 attackers into 2v4 defenders
✔️🔴s 2v1 defenders into 4v2 attackers.
✔️ 🟢 Gk for the x2⚫️s
🗣️ How to play:
✔️ The first player to score by dribbling through a coned gate or into the central zone unlocks the 2nd ball ⚽️ for the 4v2 attack.
✔️ Defenders (🔴) serve the ball into single ⚫️ attacker - two games of 1v2 happen at the same time.
✔️ As soon as one of these attacks is complete the game breaks out into a 4v2 toward goal.
✔️ If 🟢 collects the ball they ⚫️ an escape via any of the coned gates (blue or red) they originally attacked.
🚧 Constraints:
🏆Reward: If the 🟢 does collect the ball during the 4v2 let two waiting ⚫️s join the game for a 5v4 build up.
👨🏫 Review: Reactions to losses and regains of possession.
🚫 Restriction: Time limit or pass limit for the 4v2 attack.

With no game today, I've just done an extra U19s session.
We have 34 players between 2 squads, so it's enjoyable & different to do a small group session.
Unopposed into opposed finishing, I might have to come out of retirement, my demos were on point🔥😂
One of the practices👇
Your team has a free kick on the right edge of the penalty area. The diagram shows four possible movements and delivery options. An overlapping runner has drawn out the widest left-side defender.
As the free kick taker, what should determine your delivery?
🔴 A. Play into the runner’s space if the defender bites early
🔴 B. Bend it low around the wall to target a near-post runner
🔴 C. Float it high to the back post if the defense stays narrow
🔴 D. Cut it back to the top of the box for a late-arriving shot

3 Team Possession | Connect or Dribble to Score
📌 Receiving to play through pressure.
🧩 Set-Up:
▶️ 40 by 30 rectangle with a 6 by 6 central square and the corners of the pitch sectioned off (dashed lines). The game is 4v4 centrally plus 4 support players.
▶️ Place a mini goal at each end of the pitch.
👕Teams: 🔴’s vs ⚫️’s plus 🟢 support.
⏯️ How to Play:
✔️ ⚫️’s vs 🔴’s compete for possession. They use the 🟢s to help them keep the ball. Before scoring, the attacking team must:
1️⃣ Dribble through the central square and find a 🟢 target before scoring in a mini goal.
2️⃣ Find two 🟢 support players and score in any mini goal.
🚧 Constraints:
🏆Reward: Double goals for three player connections
👨🏫 Review: The timing of passes and movements to receive the ball.
🚫 Restriction: The possession team has a max of 8 passes to score, or the possession flips to the opponent.

Constant 2v1s | Combine in pairs to beat the pressure
📌Using wall pass combinations.
🧱 Set-Up:
➡️ On a 20 by 14 yard pitch with a small 3 yard central zone, position two players on the outside of the area 🟢s to act as targets, a pair of players to act as the IN possession team ⚫️s and pair of defenders 🔴s (One 🔴 locked in each half)
👕 Teams: ⚫️s vs 🔴s plus 🟢 (target players)
⚽️ How to Play:
☑️ The ⚫️s score by playing through the zones to the opposite 🟢. The only condition is that both players (⚫️s) must touch the ball in a half before playing into the 🟢s.
☑️ If the defenders (🔴s) win the ball they pass into the 🟢s at any end to lock in a point.
☑️ Rotate the pairs so each player has the opportunity to attack.
🚧 Constraints:
🏆Reward: Double goals for wall passes around defenders before passing into the 🟢s
👨🏫 Review: The two player combinations available to the attacking pairs.
🚫 Restriction: Both attackers must touch the ball in a half before playing into the 🟢s.
