Luckily for you I’ve developed a nutrition system that allows me to stay in shape with minimal choices and gives me enough focus to run a 7 figure education business
It’s called the GRID method.

The way you feel while dieting is just as important as the results nowadays. You’re not stacking shelves anymore you have an important job that you need to be at your best for daily
Sometimes the only thing you have to look forward to in your busy week is a meal out on a Saturday
Like fuck are you going to order a chicken salad when you’re there
All in all, you CAN get in shape by watching YouTube videos and applying it to yourself
But in reality, most people don’t need information, they need personalisation, support, accountability and adaptability
That’s what gets people outstanding results
Advice off YouTube isn’t going to give you a bollocking when the little voice in your head tells you to quit, stay in bed instead of going to the gym and drink half a bottle of whisky at the weekend because “you’ve had a hard week”
Advice off YouTube isn’t going to be specifically tailored to you, your goals, your likes, your dislikes and your values
It’s just going to be random generic advice telling you to be in a calorie deficit
Well done, you’re fat because you eat too much… rocket science
Anyone can go on YouTube and post advice…
You getting advice from bro science dave who feels qualified because he did a cycle of test last year and put on some muscle is just going to waste your time

Pay an experienced coach £2000 to get in shape for the rest of your life and look great in £25 black t-shirts

Ditch the coach and spend the rest of your life spending £300 a go on designer clothes to draw attention from your sloppy physique
Your call.
You can drink and eat out and still make progress
Personal trainers idea: Rib-eye Steak + Glass of red wine (750 cals)
Your Idea: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg fried rice + 3 bottles of Chang (2000+ calories)
Let’s start being realistic
If you think just eating less is going to get you shredded
The difference in daily calorie needs for a 90kg man who’s sedentary Vs lightly active is 750 calories a day
That’s the difference between dieting on 1,500 calories Vs 2,250
Stop being a lazy twat
Being over 30 doesn’t mean you should give up on being jacked, strong and athletic
You just need to be prepared to handle the above and have a plan of action to combat it
I have way more pressure and stress compared to my 20s
Food is an easy vice because the repercussions are further down the road than drugs or alcohol, using food to combat stress is something I have to be way more mindful of
