Streetsboro has its first track and field state qualifier of the year in Junior Sara Koyan. Sara placed 3rd in high jump and will compete in Columbus next weekend. Hopefully more qualifiers on Saturday!

Streetsboro Senior Addison Mrakovich was recently awarded the Metro Athletic Conference Scholarship, worth $500. Each school nominated a male and female athlete and then 1 of each gender is selected for the scholarship. Congratulations Addison!

The Streetsboro girls soccer team won the Metro Athletic Conference Tournament championship on Wednesday with a 4-1 win over Cloverleaf at Kent State University's Dix Stadium.

To win the tourney title, the Rockets defeated Coventry (7-0), Field (1-0) and the Colts (4-1).
