Great job at the Cape Tiger Invitational. Girls took 3rd only 0.67 out of 2nd and boys won their 4th meet out of last 5.

Proud of Sikeston track this week. Had 2 big meets. Girls took 3rd and 4th and boys won them both. More importantly we got better as a team

When doing ball-handling drills go at a pace that you'll lose the ball sometimes. Get out of your comfort zone. Only way to get better.

You have to bring effort EVERY SINGLE DAY.

There is NEVER an excuse for lack of effort.

Your coach must be able to trust you off the court as well as on it.

Casual shooting is a waste of time. Game shots are preceded by a change pace, hard cut or full speed dribble move. Practice how you play!
