If you are a Pre-teen who specializes in one sport and live on an endless competitive schedule, that not development it's abuse. If you haven't had the opportunity to run and jump, learn to fall, somersault and cartwheel, climb a tree, ride a bike, play some dodgeball or tag, can't do push up, squat down on one leg or an do an honest chin up...im going to say that your probably physically unprepared to play higher level competitive sports.
