Labour's “Islamophobia" definition was almost certainly influenced by extremists.

Now Angela Rayner's department says it has deleted all the records.

But I submitted evidence. And if they deleted all the records my Subject Access Request should get a negative reply.

They have to answer honestly - it's a legal requirement under the Data Protection Act 2018.

But the Government says it needs more time because my case is "complex”.

It is also refusing to reply to FOIs on the subject that should have received a response weeks ago.

This is a cover-up. And I think we know what they're trying to hide.

They're all named in the Muslim Brotherhood review of 2015.

So why can't Dominic say if they - or any organisations affiliated to them - influenced the definition?

You can argue about migration policy all day, but footage like this raises serious questions about screening, public safety and who is being allowed into the country.

How much more has to happen before people finally accept that this cannot simply be ignored?

Meet Robert Homans. He served in Afghanistan from age 19.

After returning to the UK, he struggled with PTSD and lost his home. He applied to Birmingham Council for social housing, but was rejected because he wasn't a migrant.
