Housing and all asset prices are inflated due to the destruction of the dollar. However, housing is worse due to the added burden of regulation. What would happen if:
1. Regulation was eliminated
2. Builders started building 1950-60's style 1400 sf 3 bedroom basic homes. Prices would have to get significantly more affordable. Hose with good bones but no upgrades.
