What are the benefits of interventional radiology?
-Minimally invasive procedures
-Hospital stays are very short
-Less pain during & after the procedure
-IR can be used on very sick patients who are unfit for surgery
-IR care is more cost effective than surgical alternatives

So council used its majority to pass a motion enabling them to siphon funds from the minority in order to benefit themselves! This is an abuse of power that is almost comical.
