[NWS Wilmington, NC @NWSWilmingtonNC]

Video of a tornado passing near Pender County Fire Station 18 along Highway 17 near Sidbury Rd. Video courtesty of Station 18. Time was around 6:55-7:00 AM EDT Thursday Sept 5, 2019

If anyone says "It's just a Cat 2" this later week show them this. Yes #Dorian is weakening but it's increasing in size. Look what's happening: as wind speeds decrease, the radius that TS-force winds extend from the center is increasing. Bigger wind field=greater scope of impacts
