I have sent a DM regarding changing my order which is currently processing with a delivery time of 4 weeks
Looking at swapping the 17 pro max which is on order for the 17 pro instead.

@O2 in 4 weeks on still receiving bills for a number of I do not have and cannot get through to an agent because of your 1 for this and 2 for this etc
3 other numbers are linked to my account which I’m not paying until this is sorted

@O2 phone contract cancelled on 27th December within 14 day cooling off period still waiting for Jiffy bag to be sent through and being billed
Every agent I speak to doesn’t seem to understand how to press a button on the system to send a Jiffy bag out - NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP

Phone arrived late in December, spoke to representative on 27th December who gave me a false cancellation number and said I would receive Jiffy bag in post to send phone back - 15 days later on the phone for 27m I’m being told it was not cancelled

@O2 I placed an order at the weekend and delivery was supposed to be to be 3rd December
Still in processing…. Both items were showing in stock…. Any updates on your actual stock? Is there a little white lie on your stock and you don’t actually have the items in stock!!
