sNeAk's Half-Life Discs
We graciously received some HL disc dumps from eXponential Half-Life's Steve Silva!
You can find them here:

Chad Jessup delivers another HL beta build, but this one contains much more additional cut content.
While we're a bit late to the party to talk about findings in the build, there is something we do want to talk about from the build.
This is a temporary location.
I'll get it up on the internet archive when it's healthy again. They're working super hard on that, by the way, give them some love.

@dotcrx The BSP magic number for 0.52 and the Satelite Dish map seen in this build are using Quake's BSP magic number. It is more likely that Valve hadn't changed the magic number until the game hit the beta stage of development.
@dotcrx We also know that Communications Center lasted til Summer of 1998. We know this as we have photos of the chapter using an unfinished version of the final Scientists. Screenshots attached.
What you may expect to see in this build is some very minor differences, possibly some maps are before an optimization pass, and leftovers in the game files.
But don't let this stop you from being excited.
New Half-Life prototype found.
But here's some things you should know before you get too excited.
This build is only 17 days older than the final game and only 13 days older than Release Candidate 4.
If you're expecting any major differences, prepare to be disappointed.
