Today was about more than training.
Memorial Day is a time to remember and honor the men and women who sacrificed everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we have today.
At Peak Performance Lab, we worked hills because adversity teaches lessons.
Rain, heat, fatigue, and discomfort are obstacles athletes will face—not excuses to stop.
Hill training develops more than speed and power. It builds toughness, focus, and the ability to stay disciplined when conditions are not perfect.
Games are not played in perfect conditions. Life is not lived in perfect conditions.
We trained today to honor sacrifice through effort, gratitude, and hard work.
