Season 1- He overachieved with an average squad. Tactics were off the table. He switched to what suits the players best.

Season 2- Grossly underperformed. 2 key reasons- Injuries & the disruption caused by them. He didn’t have players available to COACH them.

Season 3- New structure. New Players. Back to building from the base. Ten Hag is trying to implement his philosophy. But it will take time to gel. All the players have yet to build chemistry & relationships.
The undue pressure of results is making him go back to a more pragmatic approach & will hault the progress of developing the players & his philosophy.

Why the media does this?
They thrive on negativity to make money.
United has ruined their football experience during the Fergie era. It’s pure HATE for them.
So they WANT US TO FAIL.

Why the fans do this?
Let’s be honest. Majority are not United fans through & through.
They are like the media or just PLASTIC FANS.
Now the rest. The genuine fans.
They fall prey to this
Football is not just a sport. It’s more than that. And their emotions get the better of them.
They get brainwashed easily.

We should really reflect on what we want best for the club. Analyse, absorb & then react.

The “footballing “ people have made the decision to stick with Ten Hag.
They are way smarter than you and me.
Our job now is to support the club. Support the manager, the players.

Yes you can be critical of the mistakes & performances. Be disappointed & frustrated.
But don’t wish for them to be sacked, don’t wish harm for the players, don’t make every game like it’s a Champions League final.

The pressure won’t help. It’s not helping.
Just imagine yourself working in an environment where there’s constant pressure vs freedom to make mistakes.
Where will you flourish the most?
