📩 I received an official threat letter from NAGA 😂
They’re demanding that I delete my Instagram posts, stop talking about my experience, and never contact their managers again!

Instead of resolving the issue or returning the funds they withheld without explanation, they’ve decided to threaten the client who simply spoke up.

🔴 Instead of fixing their mistake, they’re trying to silence the victim.

But I won’t be silent.
Their letter has been added to my official complaints filed with ADGM and CySEC, along with a recorded phone call showing how one of their employees tried to negotiate my money back in exchange for specific trading volume—and even admitted I was never told about any bonus terms.

This is no longer just about me—it’s about every trader who’s been ignored, silenced, or manipulated.

بدلًا من حل المشكلة أو إعادة الأموال التي حجزوها دون تفسير، قرروا تهديد العميل الذي اكتفى بالتحدث.

🔴 بدلًا من إصلاح خطئهم، يحاولون إسكات الضحية.

لكنني لن أصمت.

أُضيفت رسالتهم إلى شكواي الرسمية التي رفعتها لدى سوق أبوظبي العالمي وهيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات القبرصية، إلى جانب مكالمة هاتفية مسجلة تُظهر كيف حاول أحد موظفيهم التفاوض على استرداد أموالي مقابل حجم تداول محدد - حتى أنه اعترف بأنه لم يُبلّغني أبدًا بأي شروط مكافأة.

لم يعد الأمر يتعلق بي فقط - بل يتعلق بكل متداول تم تجاهله أو إسكاته أو التلاعب به.

A full recording of a phone call with a representative of NAGA has been officially submitted. In the call, the representative attempted to negotiate with me over an amount exceeding USD 80,000 and clearly admitted that I was never informed of any terms or conditions the company now claims. This recording has been submitted as official evidence to the relevant regulatory and judicial authorities to claim my full rights, along with compensation for all material and moral damages suffered. I affirm that I will not back down until those responsible are held accountable and justice is fully served.

تم تقديم تسجيل كامل لمكالمة هاتفية مع أحد ممثلي شركة NAGA، قام خلالها بمساومتي على مبلغ يتجاوز 80,000 دولار أمريكي، وأقرّ صراحة بعدم اطلاعي على أي شروط أو أحكام تزعم الشركة وجودها. وقد تم رفع هذا التسجيل كدليل رسمي إلى الجهات التنظيمية والقضائية للمطالبة بكامل حقوقي، إلى جانب التعويض عن كافة الأضرار المادية والمعنوية التي لحقت بي. أؤكد أنني لن أتنازل عن حقي حتى تتم محاسبة المسؤولين وإنصافي بالكامل.
