United States, the thing, like most enterprises, has a Code of Conduct, called the U.S. Code. Just like we don't need to follow the code of Toyota, we don't need to follow the code of United States. It's called code for a reason: it's not law.

The income tax applies to citizen and residents of United States because the income tax applies to people engaged in activities related to the federal government. Obviously, people who hold the offices of citizen or resident work for the government and therefore their work is taxable.

For the rest of us, the people of the 50 states, who are not citizens or residents of United States, our work is not a taxable activity, hence there is no tax due! There is no tax to pay.

But if someone claims to be a resident or citizen of united states, the govt or it's collection agency, IRS, won't argue! They will take the money.

How to keep sane in their kangaroo commercial courts? Just assume they are suing a Burger King franchise and they have sent summons to wrong man or issued 'bench' warrant and dragged wrong man into court. Keep thinking "I am not Burger King."

"I am not Burger King", of course, means, 'I'm not the officer for that Burger King franchise.'

Similarly, if thou is John of the Smith lineage, than saying "I am not John Smith" is saying "I am not the officer/mister for John Smith, the person/corporation" -- which they created as a means to deceive thee.

I'm not Burger King.
I'm not John Smith.
Same point. Different franchise.

If someone claimed they got food poisoning at a Burger King franchise and policy/police officers dragged me into court, I sure would tell them i'm not (the officer of this) Burger King.

With the exact same determination, I would say "I'm not John Smith."

They are the ones pulling the shenanigans.

If they send summons to John Smith, place the summons a large envelope and send it back with note saying 'no person by that name here' which means thou is not the officer for the person John Smith. Feds CANNOT tax people's work says Supreme Court. So why do people pay the income tax? Because we've been duped into using a corporate status! JOHN MYERS is the corporate id-entity berthed when John of the Myers was born! If John uses JOHN MYERS, that is taxable.

The 1040 U.S. Individual tax form is for people using a corporate U.S. Individual.

Note that the word 'individual' used in the court case means people where as the U.S. Individual is a corporate status.

"The individual, unlike the corporation, cannot be taxed for the mere privilege of existing. The corporation is an artificial entity which owes its existence and charter powers to the state; but the individual's right to live and own property are natural rights for the enjoyment of which an excise cannot be imposed:"

Hard to recognize the scheme due to brainwashing.

They withhold the Certificate of Live Birth created at the hospital when baby born. They tell mom and dad to get the BIRTH/BERTH CERTIFICATE. Mom and dad inadvertently are requesting a corporate U.S. Individual for their baby.

The scheme starts at day one. Starts in the hospital. They ask mom and dad to autograph the Certificate of Live Birth but don't give copy to mom and dad. Or don't give original and keep a copy. That is the fork in the road.

Note, this court case occurred AFTER the 16th amendment was passed. The 16th Amendment says 'from whatever source derived' but this case says people cannot be taxed. There is not conflict here. The famous phrase from the 16th Amendment means from whatever FEDERAL source derived. The U.S. Individual corporate status is made possible by the feds, therefore feds can tax it.

🔻 THE SUPREME COURT JUST SEALED A RULING THAT ABOLISHES INCOME TAX. THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM YOU FOR 113 YEARS WAS USED TO SUPPRESS EVERY CURE THAT COULD HAVE SAVED YOUR FAMILY.

Not reformed. Not reduced. Abolished. Case number 24-1791. Filed under seal. Decided 7-2. No dissent published. No media briefing. No public docket entry.

The only reason anyone knows it exists is because a clerk — 26 years old, 3 months on the job — accidentally uploaded the ruling to the public PACER system for 9 minutes before it was pulled.

9 minutes. 14,000 downloads before the file vanished. The clerk was placed on administrative leave. The file was scrubbed from every server. But 14,000 people have it. And the blockchain does not forget.

The ruling is 94 pages. The core finding: the 16th Amendment — the amendment that authorized federal income tax in 1913 — was never legally ratified.

Not a technicality. The court found that 4 of the 36 states that allegedly ratified the amendment submitted documents with material alterations to the text. Different punctuation that changed legal meaning. Different wording that modified scope. Under Article V of the Constitution, the ratification is void.

The IRS has been collecting taxes under an amendment that does not legally exist. For 113 years.

Every dollar. Every April 15th. Every audit. Every lien. Every garnished wage. Every seized home. All of it — based on an amendment that 7 Supreme Court justices just declared was never law.

Where did the money go?

$4.7 trillion per year. Not to roads. Not to schools. To a system designed to keep you dependent on pharmaceutical drugs that manage symptoms while the cures were buried.

The average family's tax burden drops from 37% to 14%.

The court gave the executive branch 180 days to prepare. That clock started 97 days ago.

When the seal lifts, the IRS dissolves. The $4.7 trillion per year stops flowing into the machine that suppressed every cure you were never allowed to access. The money stays in your paycheck. And the medical technologies they buried — frequency devices, bioelectric therapy, regenerative medicine — lose the funding mechanism that kept them hidden.

The cures were never lost. They were defunded. And the system that defunded them just got abolished.
